It’s been a crazy week for healing people and making them healthier.
The clinic is picking up steam with full engines ago.
In the up coming weeks I will be doing my Reiki level 2, in May.
April 26 I have a course on COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE. I’ll be able to keep everyone looking young for a very long time!
Other than learning, and doing my magic with acupuncture, I’ve been steadily keeping my 5-Element clients fit.
They are hungry for more. I LOVE IT!

12 Minute TRAP (Total Reps As Possible)
10 Bicycle Cruches
10 Crunchy Frog
10 Leg Raises
10 Russian Twists
Score Burpee Round + Count
Cycle through the Abdominal movements at 10 reps a piece
Burpees; ascending ladder by 1 after each movement
Average sit-ups completed: 100 abdominal repetitions, in 12 minutes. Can you believe it!?

30 minute descending rep count of 15-14-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (-2-3-4-5-6-…)
Wide Grip Push-up
Wide Leg Raises
Start at 15 reps each movement and repeat movements in decending reps. 15-14-13-12-11 etc.
You have the remainder of class to finish.
You may start at 10 and descend. If you finish to 1, then work your way back up starting at 2.
I found this to be more a mental endurance workout. My elements were pushing themselves like never before.
