5 Rounds for Time
Today embarks a new chapter for Bamboo Health; Bamboo Health 5-Element Fitness!
The workout consisted of a warm-up, then progressing into a cardio vascular warmup/workout.
Preceeding the Cardio portion, warming up the body is essential to the workout.
Warming the body and actively stretching will help prevent injuries.
Following the two sections, the workout started. Back, legs, chest/triceps
This workout should take 10 minutes or less to complete.
Stretching the body after the workout is essential to help make the working muscles to relax and sooth the muscles.

10 Pike Push-ups
Second week of 5-Element Fitness went as expected. Learning from last week’s class,
there’s a new slew of exercises to learn, with a repeat of push-ups.
stringing together the push-ups. mountain climbers and pike push-ups,
definately made the shoulders and triceps work much harder.
Having these movements together makes the workout that much rewarding.
Now, it’s to see if the class stays hurt longer. 😉
