…So…Two days off my workouts.
after the 5km run, my calves were not having it. I know a few days off and then hitting the gym can kick out the pain faster. I should have, could have, done another area of the body, but I opted to stretch. And now I’m signed up for a 10km run in the cold of December. Now I have to train and figure out how to stay warm during my run. So far, I know I can run 5km in about 25 minutes. 50-60 minutes is a good goal. I think… Pray for me
Today, was slow and steady. and almost a day where I almost didn’t do a workout.

3 1st position pull 0-3-0-3
3 mid-hang clean
3 front squat 3-1-3-0
Again, still light weight. I actually incrased the weight a bit higher cause the movements were strong enough to hold the tempo longer without failing.
Over, the past few days have been ok-ish. recovery+feeling a little sick in the mornings. It’s cold out now. Fever and the flu going around.
Work was short today. It’s a weekend. I don’t normally do weekends or get many patients.
Early day, time for vacation time. Vacation, as in ‘me time’.
As the days get shorter I have to get more in during the day time when it’s cold and sunny out.
