As we move into the 4th day, Day-3 I took a break. I just wasn’t feeling it.
Hindsight, I should have just done something, but by the time I wanted to remotely wanted to do something active, it was too late in the night. At least it’s Daylight Savings tonight. extra hour of sleep.
As I start a quiet weekend I did some searches online for potential places of business. I have a few lined up and will be contacting those businesses by the end of the weekend.
Before I head out for the day, my workout was a bit of everything, as usual.
50 Clean & Jerks light weight for speed
100 lateral toe touch Ab Crunches
5 minute Plank (accumulate)
That’s right. Accumulate. I’m working my way up to that 5 minute beast. But, first, I have to do 1 minute unbroken.
It’s been a slow process which seems like forever, but it’s not been a week yet. I can only work with what I have in the moment and continue this chapter with baby steps.
