It was a long day.
I’m able to get this post out before I decide not to.
An easy 1 round of
50 Hip Ridges 0-1-3-1
50 Bench Press
use the same weight throughout.
Made sure I used a light enough weight to transition quickly with less breaks.
My traps have been sore, almost a sting. Abs are slightly sore. I still say that what i’m doing is good to not tip the scale for my workouts.
Work has it’s ups and downs and today it was definitely a down. But, you win some, and you lose some. Tomorrow is another day, and I know I have a big day tomorrow. Keep the grind going!
