The day started with a great day with work to getting my patients better.
The reward of helping other really makes me happy.
I have been working on a lady and her scoliosis and her back have been deviated and her muscles were extremely tight. After over a year of massages, we decided to do cupping. I have never had as a huge thought that cupping wouldn’t be any different. Boy was I wrong. Two sessions with cupping and their back has been much, much, much looser. All-in-All, trying a different technique or mixing up the routine is always a good lesson to learn.
My day was a tad long. I didn’t get to my workout till 7:30. I was going to skip today, but I got something done. My whole body is rather sore, so I din’t really want to lift weights or work the upper body. I opted to run. I ran on a TREADMILL. One of the most talked about piece of equipment. I couldn’t really run outside, due to the cold and I was dark out. Mainly I didn’t want to run in the cold or run in the dark. The treadmill was satisfactory.
I ran about 5km/30 minutes on the treadmill. Kilometers isn’t exact so 30 minutes was sufficient.
Well, that was it, work, and a 5km workout.
