Yesterday, I continued building my practice by adding a great addition; Cosmetic Acupuncture.
Two services I had extensive practice this past week was creating a facial facelift; massage and face masks.
The meat of the course was learning how to treat clients to a facelift, not injections or botox, but using acupuncture needles, fine-fine needles, to help promote collagen in the treated areas to give the changes to the face that is requested by the client. The experience has been great and rewarding.

Here’s the Workout of the Week from last week.
Earth rebelling Fire
10 Min (alternating minute by minute)
Even (Superman-Hydraulic Plank w/shoulder tap&push-up-squat) x3
Odd Moving Frog jumps 16 leaps across 50 metres
4ME
1:00 min Laps 100m
1:00 min Jumping Squats
repeat
On the Even minutes, each movement for the Superman, Hydraulic Plank, and Squat you perform each movement twice.
So, 2 Superman, 2 Hydro Plank, 2 Squats. and you repeat that 3 times.
You’re given a minute each exercise. I you do not complete the required exercises, you stop and move to the next exercise.
If you finish early, you have time to rest.
If you thought last week’s workout was tough, then do this workout! haha Even I had a difficult time doing this.
